easy weekday lunch

This is what my lunch looks like most weekdays. Something super simple that I can just run to the kitchen and get in between meetings. Categorically you need 4oz of protein (tuna), a fat (mayonnaise), 6oz of fruit (strawberries) and 6oz of vegetables (cucumber). I add in Everything But The Bagel seasoning for flavor too!! This makes a complete BLE women’s weight loss lunch. Recipe to follow.

easy weekday lunch

  • 4oz canned tuna in water, drained
  • .5oz mayonnaise
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning
  • 6oz strawberries
  • 6oz mini cucumbers

Drain tuna and combine with mayo and EBTB seasoning and mix.

It’s that simple!
