
Start with preparing your vegetables. These should total 16oz. Dice a 1/4 onion, shred 1/4 head of green cabbage and 2 carrots. Slice up 2 green onions.

Brown 1 lb (16oz) of NO SUGAR sausage in a large skillet on medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in cabbage and carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add a tsp of chicken bouillon and 1/2 a cup of vegetable broth or water. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, thyme and cayenne pepper, and cook for 3-4 more minutes. Garnish with green onions.

- 1/4 diced onion
- 1/4 head green cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth or water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion to sausage and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the cabbage and carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken bouillon and broth. Cook for 2 minutes. Add all the spices and cook for 3-4 more minutes. Garnish with green onion.
Serves 4
