japanese inspired green beans

These green beans are a super easy and flavorful addition to any protein. My complete BLE dinner was 4oz steak bites, 6oz greens beans and an 8oz salad. Delicious!

Cook an onion in a skillet with 2 tbsp of olive oil until soft, season with salt.

Add green beans to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until bright green.

Add tamari sauce, minced garlic and sesame oil and cook for 3-4 more minutes until sauce starts coating the beans. Splash with rice wine vinegar and toss.

This makes 4 servings and will account for about 6oz of your vegetable serving for the meal. Recipe to follow.
