turkey meatballs

This is a pretty simple recipe, especially if you need a quick dinner for yourself or the family.

Start by combining 1lb of ground turkey (you could also use pork, beef, chicken, etc.) with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella and an egg. Season with 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tbsp onion flakes, 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1 cube chicken bullion (or 1 tsp Better than Bullion), and salt and pepper to taste.

Once these are thoroughly combined divide and shape into 12 meatballs. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet and Cooke meatballs for 8-10 minutes in all sides. Make sure that they are browned and thoroughly cooked through.

  • 1 lb ground turkey, chicken, beef or pork

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 tsp Better Than Bouillon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter

Combine turkey, cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion flakes, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well with hands. Form into balls.

Melt butter in a large skillet. Cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes on all sides, until browned and cooked through.
