
When eating the BLE way (no flour, no sugar), eating out can sometimes be perplexing. After much research we discovered that Wing Stop not only doesn’t put flour on the wings before they fry them, but there is NO SUGAR in their original hot flavor!
Weighing a protein with bones can also be a challenge, but after some trial and error it seems like 5-6 wings equals 4oz of protein. Adding 14oz of vegetables and a fat will make this a complete BLE women’s weight loss portion dinner.
Pro tip: When I get these for take out I get the carrots and celery instead of French fries. Add a salad when you get home for the rest of your veggies and dressing for your fat!
