blueberry morning breakfast bake

  • 2oz mashed bananas (1/3 fruit)
  • 1oz dry oatmeal (1 grain)
  • 1 egg (1/2 protein)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (condiment)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder (condiment)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda (condiment)
  • Cinnamon (condiment)
  • 4oz blueberries divided (2/3 fruit)

Add bananas, oatmeal and egg to a bowl and mix well. Add vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon to batter and mix. Divide blueberries into 2oz portions. Add 2oz blueberries to batter, mix well and microwave for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and add the remaining 2oz blueberries.

With another 1/2 protein (1 egg, 4oz plain yogurt, etc.) this is a complete BLE women’s weight loss portion breakfast.
