
I eat this every morning. With 2 scoops of Vital Proteins in my coffee this makes a complete BLE women’s weight loss breakfast portion.

Add 2oz mashed bananas (the browner the better), 1oz dry oatmeal and an egg to a bowl and mix.

Next add 1tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, and cinnamon (I add lots!). Mix thoroughly.

Add 2oz blueberries (fresh or frozen) to your batter and mix. Microwave for 3 minutes. Once it is baked add 2oz more blueberries. With another 1/2 protein this completes your breakfast portion! Recipe to follow.
